Interactive AI disclosure checklist

Article 50(1) requires providers of AI systems intended to interact directly with natural persons to design them so people are informed they are interacting with AI, unless that is obvious in context. Use this as an operational evidence checklist before legal review.

1. List every customer-, employee-, citizen- or partner-facing AI interaction.
2. Identify who provides the system and who deploys it.
3. Capture the exact disclosure text shown to the user.
4. Record when it appears relative to the first interaction.
5. Test whether it remains clear on mobile, embedded widgets and alternate flows.
6. Check accessibility and vulnerable-user considerations where relevant.
7. Document exceptions relied on instead of assuming them.
8. Assign an owner and re-test after material UI, model or workflow changes.
